Patient No. 8 is a horror escape room with a live actor at Xcape, 26 HaTa'as St., Kfar Saba, Israel. It opened in June 2026 and is our newest room. It is designed for groups of 3 to 10 players aged 12 and up, and the game lasts 60 minutes. The game is available in English or Hebrew.
The story: what happened at Phoenix Genetics?
Something went wrong in the secret labs of Phoenix Genetics. Professor Daniel Kerr promised a scientific breakthrough. Since then there has been mostly silence, broken now and then by screams. Shadows move through the corridors faster than any human could. And one patient became something else.
His file is still open. What's inside, you'll only find out from the inside.
How does a live-actor escape room work?
This is the scariest room we've built at Xcape, and the most psychological. Inside, a real actor plays a role and scares each of you personally. The fear here doesn't rely on effects and sounds alone. The actor is part of the room in every game.
It's an escape room with a horror maze built into it: alongside the puzzles, there's a maze you have to make your way through.
The game doesn't start at the door, either. It starts before you even arrive, in a way you'll only discover after booking.
Plan for about an hour and a half in total, including the briefing and a souvenir photo. Prefer an experience without physical contact from the actor? Just ask us.
How scary is it?
Fear level: very high. The scariest room at Xcape.
Not suitable for children under 12, or for people with heart conditions, epilepsy or limited mobility. Not sure it's right for your group? Give us a call before booking and we'll figure it out together.

Coming as a couple? Two adults pay for 3 players, 600 ₪ in total.
- Your credit card is taken as a deposit only. Nothing is charged in advance.
- You pay before the game: we send a payment link on WhatsApp for credit card payment, or you can pay when you arrive, in cash to the game host or with Bit / PayBox.
- Cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the game. Later cancellations cost 200 ₪.
- No refund for leaving or stopping the game early.

What's the minimum age?
12 and up only. The room is not suitable for children.
How many players?
3 to 10. For the most intense experience we recommend 4-6. A couple can book and pays as for 3 players.
How long does it take?
The game is 60 minutes, and it feels a lot longer. About an hour and a half in total.
Is there a real actor? Will they touch us?
Yes, there is a live actor in every game, and physical contact is part of it. If you'd rather play without contact, you can ask for that.
Can we play without the actor?
No. The actor is part of the room in every game.
Is the game really in English?
Yes. Patient No. 8 runs in English or Hebrew.
What's the cancellation policy?
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before; after that the fee is 200 ₪.
