SWAT is an action escape room at Xcape, 24 HaTa'as St., 2nd floor, Kfar Saba, Israel. Your team gears up in SWAT vests and radios to find and defuse a bomb in a school, and to work out who planted it. It's designed for 2 to 10 players aged 6 and up, with three difficulty levels. The game lasts 60 minutes and runs in English, Hebrew or Arabic.
The story: who planted the bomb?
Someone has planted a bomb in a school. Most of the children have been evacuated, but a few may still be inside. Your unit is sent in.
You have 60 minutes to locate the bomb and defuse it. At the same time, you need to identify who planted it from a list of suspects.
How does the SWAT room work?
Before you go in, you suit up in SWAT vests and get two-way radios. The set is realistic and feels like a real school.
The puzzles run in parallel, so the team has to split up the roles, with each player cracking a different part of the mission.
Plan for about an hour and a half in total, including the briefing.
Three difficulty levels

- Families. The easy level was written for families with young kids.
The ideal group is 4-6 players, but a group of around 10 that wants to stay together will have a great time in the same room.

FAQ about SWAT
How many players?
2 to 10, and 4-6 is ideal. For a kids' birthday, up to 15.
What's the minimum age?
Ages 6 and up. Kids aged 11 and under need one adult in the group who plays with them. From age 12, teens can play on their own.
We've never done an escape room. Is it too hard?
No. First-timers enjoy it too. The game host gives hints and adjusts the level to your group.
How hard is it?
Medium to high by default. You can also choose the easy level for families with young kids, or the hard level for very experienced teams.
How long does it take?
The game is 60 minutes. About an hour and a half in total, including the briefing.
Is it good for team building?
Yes, it's one of our most requested rooms for team building. The parallel puzzles mean everyone has a role.
Which languages can we play in?
English, Hebrew or Arabic. SWAT is the only room at Xcape that also runs in Arabic.
